The MTCP scholarship is open to high-achieving graduates who meet the following criteria:
Educational Intent: You must intend to pursue a full-time Master's degree program in Malaysia.
Age: In most cases, you must be under 45 at the time of application.
Academic Qualifications: You must have a strong educational background, typically a minimum of a Second Class Upper Honours degree (or equivalent) from your undergraduate studies.
English Language Proficiency: You must demonstrate English language proficiency. This is usually met by achieving a minimum score on the IELTS or TOEFL exams, or by having completed your previous degree in English.
Health: You must be in good health, as certified by a doctor.
