Candidates who wish to avail of a fully funded Malaysian international scholarship must meet the following requirements:
-The applicant must be an international student.
-Only scholars from international countries or students from countries where this scholarship is relevant will be eligible for this award. 
-Pg applicants must not be older than 40 years of age.
-Upper second-class degree with 3.0/4.0 GPA in bachelor's.
-Offer letter from a University in Malaysia.
-Health certificate 
-Enrolled full-time in a Malaysian university's PG program.
-During the scholarship awarding, the student’s course of study should not be changed. 
-The applicant must pay the visa application fee.
