Benefits of Scholarship
- Health & Medical Insurance: During the term of the grant, recipients will be protected by a health, medical, and accident insurance policy that MAECI has arranged. Events resulting from underlying pathological and physical disorders are not covered by insurance
- Tuition: Depending on the policies of each university, grantees may not be required to pay enrollment or tuition fees. Italian language and culture courses are not exempt from the enrollment fee requirement
- Financial Award: Each quarter, grantees will receive a monthly allowance of 900 euros, which will be deposited into their Italian bank accoun
Eligibility criteria and Requirements
There are no set standards for submitting a scholarship application. Every institution or organization has unique requirements. However, when submitting an application, you might need to fulfill the following typical requirements:
- One filled-out scholarship application form; two copies of a passport or other identity document; three copies of transcripts or diplomas; and four copies of language test results, typically 6.0 or higher
- A letter of inspiration or statement of purpose
- Recommendation letters (2x)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Results from the SAT, ACT, GRE, GPA, and other tests*
- The financial data of the parents, including tax returns*Application deadline: June 9
